As TLI Group continues to grow in scale, there is a need for greater alignment, visibility and future focus across talent and capability. The Talent & Capability Manager (Group) plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of TLI Group’s talent, leadership and capability approach.

Working closely with the Shared Services Director, the role contributes to shaping a cohesive People & Capability agenda that aligns talent planning, leadership development and future skills with the organisation’s growth strategy.
The role operates collaboratively across the People function and with operational leadership. Together, the focus is on strengthening capability, improving alignment and supporting sustainable growth in a fast paced, project driven environment.
