Pros
- Next Rewards, can use your points for online shopping. - 25% staff discount.
Cons
- Very low pay - Management don’t appreciate or recognise your hard work - Bullying other staff members - Very stressful at all times - A very negative place to work in - Management are all over the place don’t know what they’re doing, not allowing people take their holidays etc. - Pay has been wrong since Oracle was implemented, most staff members getting paid wrong wage every month/week, have to keep track of what hours your doing and if you get paid wrong you have to chase HR to fix it. -Working long hours during Christmas period and getting no bonus or a thank-you from the company. - No upskilling available. Overall would not recommend this company to work for.

Nice co-workers. Good discount. Good sales. Flexible.
Cons
Always issues with pay. Never informed of a rota change. Constantly put on shifts previously discussed that you can't do and not contracted to do. Too much pressure on minimum pay staff to do tasks that are not their responsibility. Staff get angry customers because shop isn't managed well. Staff often go without breaks.
