‘Best thing is it is great for the wardrobe allowance. Worst thing, not usable on sale items’
Very good place to do part-time work during our studies.
ok pay and good people
It was satisfactory for a retail position.
There is no bonus system for shopfloor sales assistants. But the discounts are good and hours are quite flexible
60% working wardrobe are given
25% off normally, 75% for uniform allowance, Eap program
Able to take extra shifts or ask for time off, good training programs, uniform pay and 20 percent store discount
Apart from the 25% staff discount there isn't anything else worth mentioning
Benefits don't kick in until after 13 weeks. Permanent employees get Uniform Allowance/25 % discount pass. Uniform Allowance was 75% but now changing as apparently Irish Revenue sees it as a benefit. So Next offered compensating workers. Staff were given three choices and overwhelmingly gift cards as compensation was the preferred method.
If your on a teporary contract you dont get any benefits.
