Has anyone interviewed for the Program Manager 1 role at Microsoft ? If so, what was your experience like and how should I prep? Also, I see the role is listed at IC1 but I’m currently IC2 and would prefer to not go down a level. Do you think they’d be open to at least keep me at the same IC level? Thanks!

Hey all! I need your advice on negotiating salary for a program manager role level 60 at Microsoft. I was thinking Base salary - $125K Sign on bonus -$15k Rsu - Not sure yet Fixed Bonus - 10% Performance Bonus and Stock Grant - Not sure yet
