As part of a dynamic team, you will have individual objectives while actively contributing to team targets. Your responsibilities include planning and executing counter actions, maximizing new product launches, and building and maintaining a loyal client base.

Main Duties

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide the best Clarins Selling Ceremony to every customer.
• Customer Relationship: Understand and manage your customers' needs, ensuring personalized service.
• Product Expertise: Stay well-informed about our products and offer tailored combinations and alternatives.
• Brand Ambassador: Actively promote the Clarins brand through your network and beyond.
• Business Performance: Drive sales and contribute to overall business performance.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and inviting Point of Sale environment.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek a confident, empathetic individual who is comfortable with skincare application and passionate about beauty. You should be an excellent communicator, a strong team player, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.

You are:

• Enthusiastic and energetic, with a genuine passion for beauty.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to stay ahead of trends.
• Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
• Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

You have:

• A background in Sales, with experience in Beauty or Retail (knowledge of our products is a plus).
• Strong English language skills.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.
