I worked at PwC full-time
Pros
There is a collegiate environment with lots of young talented people and good support from peers. Lots of support to get qualification (ACA). Study leave and overtime leave give good breaks from work.
Cons
Depending on your department and portfolio of jobs there can be long hours and it can be very inflexible (portions of the year where you can't take leave). The pay initially is not very competitive compared to less qualified people working in tech sales etc. There isn't significant financial benefits and it is not glamorous.
