    I worked at PwC full-time

    Pros

There is a collegiate environment with lots of young talented people and good support from peers. Lots of support to get qualification (ACA). Study leave and overtime leave give good breaks from work.

The pay initially is not very competitive compared to less qualified people working in tech sales etc. There isn't significant financial benefits and it is not glamorous.
