We offer three different ways that you can make an immediate impact here at Dell: internships, full-time employment and rotation & development programs. 

As part of our Legacy of Good Plan, one of our goals is to hire 25 percent of all external hires from university campuses by the end of year 2020. 

We hire graduates across all business functions within Dell Ireland. In addition we offer tailored graduate programs in the following areas Sales, IT, Supply Chain, Technical Support, Finance, Engineering. These programs vary in length from 12-24 months.

All of our graduates are given the opportunity to engage in an array of activities to help them develop not only professionally but also personally.
