Deloitte has been recognized for the third time as one of the Top Companies for Executive Women by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). This list recognizes U.S. corporations where there is a strong focus on best practices that demonstrate effectiveness in moving women to senior ranks, including mentoring, sponsorship, involvement in employee-resource groups and leadership-development training. The list also highlights company benefits, including flexibility, corporate culture, and CEO involvement in advancing women.
Deloitte Tax CEO and Chairman Steve Kimble reflected on his professional and personal role in creating a #BalanceforBetter during International Women’s Day, which was held earlier this month and promoted the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marked a call-to-action for accelerating gender parity.

Deloitte Unplugged is the firm’s launched wellbeing initiative. The programme focuses on reminding our people to refuel both physically and mentally and change the mind-set that we have to be ‘plugged in’ all of the time. We are committed to supporting our people to make sure they take time out to unplug. After all unplugging is good for all of us – for our health, our creativity, our energy and our focus. As part of the programme we have a bi-monthly newsletter covering areas such as flexible policies, healthy recipe ideas, mindfulness and articles on health and wellbeing. We also hold information sessions and programmes throughout the year covering fitness, health and diet.
We have a compressed working week for June, July and August, which means a finish time of 2pm on Fridays if target hours have been reached. As the name suggests, we continue to take steps towards improving the working environment and these initiatives are constantly being added to and improved upon.
We understand that recognising our people’s contribution to the business is very important and as a result, we introduced a new recognition scheme in 2010, called Deloitte Dots. This scheme allows management to recognise staff member’s contributions to the business, in a straightforward and timely manner and encourages staff members to connect with the business and collect the rewards. It aims to reward excellence and celebrate success. Deloitte Dots can be collected throughout the year and exchanged for rewards such as IPods, one4all vouchers, experience vouchers or donations to charity.
Making an impact that matters
Corporate Responsibility drives measurable change in our communities, inspires our actions as societal leaders, and instills great pride in knowing that what we do best—applying our skills and experience—accelerates positive, societal impact. We drive impact through our signature national issues: education, veterans, and through pro bono and other key programs such as board service opportunities and Impact Day. We also work alongside the many other social impact programs and projects within Deloitte.

Advice to Management
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Dublin, Co. Dublin) in October 2018.
It was pretty smooth. i was first welcomed by interview volunteers and guided me about thr interview rounds in advance. Then two senior position members of deloitte took first round where they asked mainly about my work experience. The second round was OK. A manager position person asked me ques like Why deloitte, Why Risk Advisory and other. Overall it was good experience
