Graduate Programme Overview
As a member of our graduate programme, you are given real responsibility and direct involvement in major projects as well as the opportunity to work with transaction team members. As you learn about the different parts of our business, you will also develop important relationships and build career enhancing skills all of which will allow you to make a real and immediate impact in your role.
Over the course of your two-year programme, you will gain a true insight into our business and benefit from varied learning and development opportunities - allowing you to become a fully rounded professional and a valuable asset to us. Team & Role Overview
Our Technology team is central to managing our global portfolio – from core leasing platforms to AI-driven capabilities. We are looking for a technically grounded, people-oriented graduate to join our Applications team in September 2026. This is a role where you will gain broad exposure to our business systems, contribute to live projects, and grow into a trusted technology partner for our internal stakeholders. You will focus on understanding our systems, taking ownership of backlog items, and supporting project analysis. As you grow in the role, you will take on broader delivery responsibilities and increasingly independent AI-related work.
Core Responsibilities
Get to grips with our Microsoft Cloud technology stack, particularly XRM (Dynamics 365) and the Power Platform
Support the Applications team across our core systems: XRM, Business Central and IT2
Help the team analyse applications and associated projects, supporting scoping, test management, and delivery tracking
Engage directly with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress
Work across the Applications team – Developers, Enterprise Architect, and Product Owners – learning from each area
Support project delivery by helping drive timelines, flag risks, and keep workstreams moving
Get involved in AI and ML projects from the outset – this role is not limited to freeing up existing team members
Support evaluation and delivery of new AI initiatives across the business
Build practical AI and ML knowledge alongside your day-to-day responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Third level degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Bachelors or Masters)
Strong Python skills – demonstrated through coursework or projects
Working knowledge of Java
Foundational understanding of databases and SQL
Experience working in group projects – evidence of collaborating to deliver a shared outcome
Comfortable engaging with people – able to build working relationships with business users and colleagues at all levels
Desirable
Familiarity with C#, React, or T-SQL
Exposure to AI models and their practical application
Experience with software architecture concepts (APIs, UI layers)
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
Completed ML or AI projects (individual or group-based)
Module or coursework in Data Governance
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals or operating systems
