I recently passed 20 years in Version 1. For someone who had never stayed longer than 3 years with any other employer, that says it all. I never envisaged myself as someone who would stay long in one


There are a long list of cons, but they are all in the context of the above. The pace can be extreme. It's not a place for people who want an easy life. In my experience a year in another company is

- Simplify CPD process
- Upgrade offices to make it a place where people want to come into
- Expand into other markets like AsiaPac or US

    Very lean and efficient. Oriented to the company and candidate values. There aren't many rounds of interviews, 2 or 3 to get to a decision. Certainly knowing the STAR model helps to address the questions well. Also checking and mentioning the company values on the website.
