Ministry Brands interview questions

Two-round interview process. Pretty straightforward. The first was a technical interview, followed by a conversation with HR and the VP of Engineering. I was told I would hear back the same week. After a week with no update, I reached out for a status check but never received any response. I’ve never had an interview end with complete silence after spending time meeting with multiple people. It was inconsiderate to leave candidates waiting without any update at all. Even a simple generic update would have shown respect for applicants’ time.
