General Summary
Responsible for Electronic Sales activities and results within defined region. Coordinates with internal resources and external partners to achieve product line objectives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Generates annual sales forecast consistent with corporate goals and objectives. Reviews and amends regularly as needed.
- Effectively works with management in developing thorough and professional proposals. Successfully negotiates terms and conditions of agreements resulting in achieving strong financial results
- Communications with internal customers are consistently clear, professional and timely.
- Consistently conducts research necessary to display a thorough understanding of customer needs, technology roadmap and specialty area of practice.
- In all situations, presents information and realistic solutions in a professional manner according to the customer needs/requests.
- Conducts in depth research to effectively monitor competitive activity providing company timely and useful facts and statistics. Provides realistic action plan in response.
- Develops and maintains strong executive relationships with all assigned accounts. Possesses thorough under-standing of their requirements, resulting in thorough under-standing of customer needs and achievement of goals.
- Forecasts, budgets and tracks operating expenses in a timely manner. Consistently remains within budget.
- Arranges and conducts trials and installations documenting and reporting results to R&D for future product development. Identifies and secures beta-sights for testing of new products.
- Analyzes and identifies product and process improvements to RBP’s product line. Identifies new products and market opportunities.
- Trouble-shoots basic technical problems and supports existing technical support staff as needed.
- Communicates in prompt and professional manner to all internal and external customers or partners inquiries.
- Assists with the planning of sales exhibits. Attends trade shows. Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Education and Experience/Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Marketing or related field required. A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in the Print Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing environment required.
Thorough understanding of Print Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing. Excellent selling and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent planning, organization, time management, prioritization skills.
Proficient computer skills including work processing spreadsheet and email correspondence.
Professional licensing and/or Certifications Required: None required
Work Environment
Normal office environment and lab environment with moderate exposure to hazardous chemicals and fumes. 50% travel required.
Sales Commission: 1.5% Sales Commission to be earned after one year of employment.

Pay: ₹88,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
