The interview was not hard and the whole process i would say was quite easy. There was one stage interview as contractor and the hiring process took three to four weeks.

Tenían SU persona. 4 entrevistas. Pase todas. Creo q ser mujer y con hijos no colaboro, era un producto quirúrgico. Igual me hicieron sentir comodisima. Pero sabia q no iba a a quedar

I was disappointed that a native speaker didn’t even make the first cut. Seems like it may be hard to get into without knowing someone. It’s not quite the American norm as far as equal opportunity employer.

It was more like a conversation than an interview. My interviewer was very relaxed and helped me feel comfortable. It was a behavioral mostly and wanted to know me more than my experience or financial skills.
