About the Role:

As an Associate Grade PMO Administrator within PwC's Tech Central Project Management team, you will provide critical administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient delivery of projects. You will assist project managers and teams with governance, reporting, scheduling, and communication activities, playing an essential role in supporting project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in maintaining project documentation, plans, and trackers

• Help enforce PMO methodologies, standards, and controls across projects

• Support a udits such as , but not li mited to , i nternal / e xternal a udits and ISO certifications

• Assist with project reporting and dashboards to provide timely updates on status, risks, and issues

• Coordinate PMO & PM Team meetings , including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions

• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership

• Maintain and update project management tools and systems

• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the PMO

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a project support or PMO role, preferably within a technology environment

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools an advantage (e.g., MS Project /planner , JIRA, MS Teams , Monday.com )

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education:
