I applied online. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Wilmington, MA) in Oct 2022
Very pleasant, hiring manager reached out for a phone interview (~1 hour) after applying on the website, scheduled an on-site interview (5 hours) shortly after. Met with several members of the team, toured several buildings/labs, and was asked technical questions by each interviewer, mix of hardware/software questions. Asked about a variety of topics, but questions were not too complex. All interviewers were very nice and insightful and curious about my interests, ensuring the position was a right fit. Received an offer about one week after the on-site interview.
- Problems related to logic circuit truth tables, transistor circuits, op-amps, general questions about RC circuits (high-pass/low-pass), hardware debugging, software (array sorting, file parsing)

- More inclined towards behavioural questions as role involves a lot of situational analysis and teamwork.

Anonymous Employee in Valencia, Valencian Community
I applied online. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Valencia, Valencian Community) in Apr 2023
Roughly a month after applying I received an email to schedule the interview. It was a 90-minute technical interview. First with discussed the position and the tasks involved, then my previous experience and related projects, and then proceeded to the technical questions. The questions were simple, but they covered various topics in analog and digital design as well as object-oriented programming. The interviewer was friendly and helpful, he was more interested in the reasoning than in the answers. For example, there was a question about System Verilog, but since I did not know the language he explained the basic syntax so I could apply the concept. Three weeks later I received a call offering the position, where we discussed the compensation and benefits.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Analog Devices in Apr 2023
I applied and within the same day got a phone call and email inviting me to interview. The interview was a panel. It felt a bit more like I was interviewing them instead of them interviewing me. I asked questions about team structure and reporting and was told they wouldn't answer that question since it would change soon anyway. The role itself as they described it was very different from the one posted online. It also appeared that they were not prepared with questions beforehand. Since some of the panel were in different locations, I could see and hear when one of them were typing and then see other people look and read something at their screen which made me feel like they were evaluating me and writing about me on the spot or talking about follow-up questions that they weren't prepared for. Ultimately, the interview was easy and the team seemed nice; however, I followed-up three times after that interview with HR and never got a reply which I found to be unprofessional. After not hearing back from HR, I reached out to the hiring manager and there was still no response. The current job market is hard, so I feel like anyone who has taken the time to research a company and positions for an interview deserves more than being ghosted.
- Why are you interested in this job? What's your experience with SAP? What other software programs and platforms do you have experience with?
