Medtronic Interview Questions

2 rounds, STAR method. 1st round only 1 general interviewer. 2nd round is 3 separate interviews in the area you are being interviewed for. General questions, some tricky ones at the ends.

I'm invited to the office and directly meet with the supervisor. We had a friendly talk about my background, including my previous professional experience, my hobbies, and my available time.

Went through two interviews and was given no follow up. Both of which went very well so it was very disappointing to be ghosted in the middle of the process.

Interview had some challenging questions. Overall interview difficulty was average and it was a good experience. There were online assessments prior to the interview. The interview process was quick once invited to the interview.

They first presented the company in a few words and they described the offer and project. They asked me a few questions about my education, degree and motivation. They asked about my technical skills. They also talked and showed me their products with a quick briefing.
