    Pros

    1. Good salary package 2. Market leaders in Investment banking 3. You get to learn a lot from the senior leadership

    Cons

    1. If you are a hard core techie then this is not the place to be. They use oldest of the old technologies and you cannot even suggest a new technology to be used as the company is not biased towards it. 2. You will not grow as a technologist in this company. 3. The company thrives on politics. A lot of good talent was allowed to go away as they did not suck up to their bosses
