I have been working at MSD full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You gain great experience and exposure to the company operations

    Cons

Work overload! Over reliance on working very long hours with no thanks and absolutely no support from most management. The ethos is to "Never let a teammate fail" however this is definitely not practiced by Management, they'll head home and leave you to perform all day and all evening and then get you to explain on repeat 3+ times a week minimum at the status of actions at the Tier sessions
Team members are overlooked for their needs and there is no team spirit present especially in the Supply Chain Department - no department funded occasions ever! All contract work

    Advice to Management

Start respecting the staff you have and acknowledge when employees go above and beyond to close hard actions or tasks they completed without Management support. Hold onto staff that are there and willing to work.

I have been working at MSD full-time

    Pros

Bonus, shares, chek-in flexibility, good union, roster day, shft pay.

    Cons

Overall flexibility change a lot between departments. Part-time or job sharing are difficult to obtain in some areas.
Loads of new positions open, but it doesn't seem to be easy to shift between roles.

    Advice to Management

Very experienced people leave because they are refused flexibility such as job sharing or part-time. Give more credit to the quality of the job done and not only the hours worked!

Give more details on new positions, sometimes it's really hard to understand internally if one could fit for another position. And when someone does, chances they get called for an interview are low.
