Office Manager / Practice Operations Lead

Alternative Health Atlanta is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Operations Lead who wants to be deeply invested in the growth of a purpose-driven healthcare practice.

This is not a routine administrative job.

We are looking for someone who believes in what we do, wants to learn our methods, and is committed to helping build a practice that restores patients’ health through an integrative, root-cause approach.

Role Overview

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while helping guide staff, support patients, and create the structure needed for sustainable growth.

This role requires someone who is both people-oriented and production-minded — able to care deeply about patients while ensuring the business runs efficiently and continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and workflow
• Lead, train, and hold staff accountable to standards
• Hire, onboard, and when necessary, make staffing changes
• Maintain a professional, structured, respectful work environment
• Ensure patients receive an organized, supportive experience
• Learn our care model and help reinforce it with the team
• Monitor scheduling efficiency, productivity, and operational flow
• Help implement systems that allow the clinic to grow responsibly
• Serve as a steady, grounded leader others look to for direction

Preferred Experience

• Prior office management experience in dentistry or healthcare strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage teams and run a structured schedule-driven environment
• Experience with production metrics, scheduling flow, and operational accountability
• Comfortable leading staff while maintaining professionalism and boundaries

(Dental office experience translates especially well to this role, but is not required for the right candidate.)
