    - Solutions that bring true value to the customers - Amazing customers to work with. Super engaged and supportive towards each other and open to dialogue with prospects. - Great benefits and salary package. - Amazing people to work with. The peer support is like nowhere else I have worked so far.

    - People are pushed to their limits and beyond. People are leaving as the pressure is constant from top and medium management. My manager tries to keep this from us, but he can’t. - There is a lot of talk about focus on people and wellbeing, but it is all just talk until you make your numbers.     Pension, medical insurance, the usual on site perks.

    Cons

    Worst company I have ever worked for. Worst managers ever, heartless and ruthless. If your stats are fine all is good with the world but may god help you if you go below threshold. And if they don't like you it won't even matter, simple as that.     The onboarding process is the best so far I have experienced. Lot's of swag and everyone is getting injected with the Ohana spirit from the beginning. 7 days of volunteer work per year is paid and organized by the company, which makes it very easy to connect with people from other teams as well.     Your Ohana idea is really great and the volunteer work a fantastic idea especially to build relationships within the company, however, Ohana means 'family' and I rather made the experience that it is an abusive family that made me leave. If you want to see this company succeed find ways to get rid of dead meat quickly.
