Ergo have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join our expanding Presales team. As a Solutions Architect , you will be the primary bridge between complex business challenges and innovative technology solutions. You will engage various SME's within the business to design various IT solutions across the broad Ergo / Presidio ecosystem to perfectly align with customer requirements.

This is a great time to join Ergo as we embrace a raft of new opportunities resulting from the Presidio merger. You will report directly into our newly appointed VP of Presales.

We're happy to consider remote candidates but you should be open to Dublin-based work when required where many of our clients are based.

What will you do?

Attend discovery sessions alongside to capture detailed customer requirements and current-state documentation.

Work closely with Solutions Consultants and Presales SMEs to create high-quality Statements of Work (SoW), High-Level Designs (HLD), and technical proposals for all core service offerings.

Support your Account Manager in delivering solution presentations on behalf of Ergo / Presidio that may range from Managed services, to a varied array of technology solutions, attempting to differentiate Ergo / Presidio to its competitors.

Work with Managed services team to scope, size and propose various managed services solutions.

Work with the Account Manager, Sales Specialists and Presales SMEs to both influence, shape and respond to RFI's and RFP's.

Work with Managed services to size, scope and price Managed services proposals within your existing customer base to be both compelling and cost-effective.

What do you need?

5+ years in Technical Architecture / Consulting role

Proven expertise across Public/Hybrid Cloud, Modern Networking, Cybersecurity frameworks, and Managed Service operations

Advantageous to hold associate-level certs like AZ-900/AZ-500, CCNA, or CompTIA A+, Security+ or Network+
