    Client Service Representative Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Limerick, Co. Limerick) in May 2016.

    Interview

Phone screen came first. Just a very informal chat with the hiring manager regarding the job and my experience. Then she organised an interview. Interview was very relaxed and entirely work related. Northern make a point of not asking about your hobbies or things outside of your career. Asked the usual interview questions i.e. why do you want to work for NT? Tell us about a time you gave excellent customer service etc. Overall very relaxed and kind of informal. Really pleasant process and felt more like a chat. But the big draw back is they take AGES to response. Potentially months so don't lose sleep if they leave you 2 or 3 weeks.
