Behavioral based questions, and more of a personality/ culture fit.
It was a good experience. Moved quickly and conducted all the interviews virtually. Accepted offer after negotiating the pay which they were very open to doing. Would highly recommend IBM to anyone looking for a job.
First screening went well and then there was a panel interview. Eventually I was ghosted. Interview went very well but it seems they had someone internal already fixed for this role
