It takes very long g time to get the Sales Plan. Sometimes it is delayed with months so in first half year you get the Sales Plan in April. Then you been waiting for 4 months and you only have 2 months to achive a target for a 6 months period.
They are standard as with other employers.
The Benefits are very good in there
lower than average time-off available, good private pension, good health insurance, if oncall can ask for a mobile phone with mobile plan,
Good package, though it varies based on legacy, acquisition, etc.
Health insurance, pension, gym, good canteen.
Private health insurance, pension, games room, gym + online shopping discounts.
Holiday is decent, no private health insurance, normal pension contribution. Bluepoints are a joke. Compared to other multinational IT companies IBM is really lagging behind when it comes to perks and benefits.
There are no perks and very little benefits. Usually the same benefits you can find through Groupon.
