We are looking for a Restuarant General Manager who shares our ambition to create something truly special at Glovers Alley.

This is a key leadership role and will work alongside Executive Chef, Adam Nevin You will be a visible, hands-on leader – setting the tone, driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

About The Role

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop the front-of-house team
• Deliver consistently exceptional, Michelin-level service
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Oversee reservations, guest relations and service performance
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team
• Maintain the highest standards across all aspects of the operation
• Manage labour costs, budgets and overall performance
• Drive continuous improvement in service, efficiency and profitability
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and operational standards

The Ideal person:

• Proven experience in a senior role within Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurants
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Strong leader with the ability to develop and motivate teams
• Commercially aware with a solid understanding of financial performance
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Calm, professional and solution-focused under pressure
• Ambitious and driven by excellence
