I worked at Grant Thornton full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good atmosphere between consultants and managers. Some high-profile and challenging projects. Fun place to work if you keep your head down.

    Cons

Most people are scared of the Partner in charge. She has no consulting experience and is led by her PA who is very intimidating. Senior management don’t understand client projects and focus on details like dress code. If you are not in favor you will be ignored.

    Advice to Management

Listen to you’re staff, communicate better and be nice.
