A. I was a teller and noticed a friend and team member "cheating" to get their solutions. The option was to leave it alone and let it go and let "karma" decide or speak up and say something about it. I chose to do the right thing and inform management. It wasn't fair to the team or to the company that she was cheating to get more money. I had to bring evidence to the management team and then incorporated the ethics hotline as well. The ethics hotline did find that the team member had been cheating and did an investigation on our branch. Less

I am always prepared when a customer comes to my window, first thing I acknowledge is their body movement see if they are rushed confused or anything of that nature that way I prepare myself to make sure that I am quick and precise if they are in a rush or if they look confused I listen carefully to their concerns to try and help them with their situation.
