Smooth. The HR was nice and was very friendly. Made you comfortable. Smooth process overall.
Systematic process of interview where there were three rounds. All checked how well you communicate as this job includes talking to the customer.

Basic intro and career options and also communication skills
Over the phone interview in English
Then another one in Turkish ( the employer who did the interview was a native speaker and he was a kind person )
Then last one wasn't an interview...only i was asked 2 questions in English about language qualifications I guess...other than that it was negotiations and explaining work hours
