Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) is part of IS&T and delivers some of the most widely used communication and productivity technology and services across Apple - from tools that enable collaboration to the support teams that keep Apple's workforce running. EEP also leads user experience design and research, and manages the systems behind Apple's original content studios.

As a Facilitator on the Knowledge and Training team, you'll deliver engaging learning experiences that help Apple employees adopt and get the most out of internal productivity tools. This role is ideal for someone building their career in learning and development who wants to grow their craft through hands-on facilitation, content contribution, and close collaboration with experienced training peers.

In this role, you'll facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, support the development of course materials, and partner with subject matter experts to keep content fresh and accurate. You'll work alongside more senior facilitators and content developers, learning the lifecycle of training delivery from intake through evaluation. You bring strong interpersonal communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the organizational discipline to balance multiple sessions and deadlines. You're curious by nature, eager to grow your craft of facilitation, and able to take ownership while learning from the team around you.
","responsibilities":"Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions on Apple's internal productivity tools to a range of internal audiences, following established curricula and facilitator guides.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials, including slide decks, exercises, and assessments.
Partner with subject matter experts to understand tool functionality and ensure delivered content stays accurate.
Adapt facilitation style and pacing to meet the needs of learners with varying levels of familiarity with the subject matter.
Collect and share learner feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
Manage logistics for assigned sessions, including scheduling, materials prep, and post-session follow-up.
Maintain organized records of session activity, attendance, and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Apple's productivity suite (Keynote, Numbers, Pages).
Familiarity with the lifecycle of training (analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation).
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.
Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training (VILT) using tools such as Webex, Zoom, or comparable platforms.
Experience or curiosity working with AI and GenAI tools to support training delivery or content development.



Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
Experience in training, facilitation, or a learning and development role.
Working knowledge of macOS and iOS.
Experience delivering training sessions in a professional setting (virtual, in-person, or both).
