The Opportunity
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will join our structured Graduate Programme
designed to accelerate your transition from university to industry. This is not a traditional
entry-level role — you will lead meaningful technical initiatives, contribute to strategic
product development, and follow a clear pathway toward long-term career growth within
Ministry Brands.
You will work in a high-performing Agile R&D environment where your code will be
deployed into live products used by tens of thousands of customers worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable SaaS
solutions
- Lead a defined feature or technical workstream from ideation through to delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams
- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
- Present your work to senior leadership at key programme milestones
- Support and mentor internship cohorts while continuing your own professional
development
- Follow a structured development track aligned to your chosen technical pathway

What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate (or final-year student) in Software Engineering, Computer Science,
IT, Data, or equivalent
- Strong technical foundations in software development principles
- Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, Python,
JavaScript, C# or similar)
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and modern development practices
- Passion for innovation and building real-world solutions
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
- Motivation to grow into a future technical leader
