Exposure to a broad infrastructure development software environment.
The local management which was a few of the earliest employees of the company have ruined the environment by self-serving policies, zero effort in working on employee growth and exposure to different projects. The local management has done considerable damage to the careers of several employees there. A lot of time was spent in projecting a positive image of the branch to the international management, while the issues were suppressed. Nepotism, and favoritism was extreme, where several old employees managed to promote themselves and leave the country for Bentley's international offices. None of them have returned to Pakistan despite the fact that they left on a 3 year kind of arrangement. Some of them have secured permanent residencies in the United States, and even used Bentley has a platform to secure other employment internationally. This small group of people called the shots, and the local HR is completely useless.
