We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Wilton team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is motivated by achieving sales success. Whether helping a customer choose an engagement ring, a special anniversary gift or their next watch purchase, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences and building lasting customer relationships.

The Role

As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will represent the Neville Jewellers brand and provide outstanding service to every customer who visits our store.

You will:

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Guide customers through jewellery, watch and gift purchases.
• Develop strong product knowledge across our collections.
• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Support colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Handle transactions accurately and professionally.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in retail sales and customer service.
• Naturally confident, personable and professional.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Motivated by achieving sales goals and personal targets.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
• Well presented and proud to represent a premium retail brand.

Previous jewellery experience is desirable but not essential, as full product training will be provided.
