It was a quick interview process, well designed, and with a presentation about the business. The 1st contact was with HR and the 2nd interview was with the direct manager (15 minutes presenting the project and Q&A) - a lot of questions were asked about performance management, how to track business needs, what to do in case of team expansion, training, etc.

Question 1
To do a presentation defining the customer journey and which tools and KPIs would be used to measure performance.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chupi (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2023
Interview
Screening phone call Talked about the company and the process could not get a word in edge ways and discussed about redundancy since I was made redundant I felt miserable after the screening call ended. Was told to keep quiet about new store but it was already mentioned on socials. Not only was i felt to be not seen I was ghosted with no reply as to whether they are taking my interview ahead. For such wonderful products the employees don’t match them. You lost a customer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chupi (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2023
Interview
Interview process was long. Was an initial phone me screening which lasted half an hour. Then after a few weeks (3) was an online interview with two recruitment staff. Was asked to produce 2 unpaid tasks (which was excessive) and present these. It took a week to hear back regarding an offer or rejection. The rejection email was bland with no feedback even though I believe I did really well, had all the requirements and sent a very strong task, I felt it was very unfair. I would not recommend applying to this company.

Question 1
Are you able to have an art director responsibility and manage other aspects of the company?
Thank you for your review. We are sorry the interview experience wasn't what you expected. The process for this role took a little longer than normal but each candidate was continuously kept up to date on the reason for this delay.
The task that was given should take approx 1.5-2 hours to complete which would be the norm for a designer role for the company to assess the candidates' fit to the requirements.
Lastly, due to the high volume of applications it isn't always possible to give bespoke feedback in the initial rejection communication however our interview process is fully transparent and we are always open to provide feedback when asked.
