      Great colleagues, but management and pay could be better

      Pros

      - Colleagues: Others might have different experiences, each to their own, but I enjoyed talking with everyone. By far the best part of the job. - Pay: It’s pretty meh, but could be worse. Great for uni-students who need some quick bucks. - Flexible: Depending on who’s doing the rosters, but they are pretty flexible. Again, great for uni-students.

      Cons

      - Management: You have some managers that are amazing and understanding, and some that are useless or play favourites. - The work is incredibly monotonous. - Nike is increasingly stingy with benefits. Almost no incentive to do a great job. - Full-time/Part-time roles is mostly unfulfilling and extremely tiring. Pay is terrible. Wouldn’t recommend unless you absolutely need the leave etc.
