This is a role with real ownership and visibility across the business.
You will lead demand planning for the Americas, one of our most important and dynamic regions.
At WaterWipes, forecasting is not a back-office activity. It is a core driver of how we plan, make decisions, and manage risk. You will own the end-to-end demand plan for the region, operating at the centre of our S&OP process and shaping how the business performs.
Your focus will be to build a single, aligned view of demand, grounded in data, informed by commercial reality, and trusted across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
You will translate market signals, customer behaviour, promotions, pricing, and distribution shifts into a robust, actionable forecast that drives decisions.
Success in this role is not defined by producing a forecast. It is defined by improving accuracy, strengthening alignment, and enabling better, faster decisions across the business.
Demand Forecasting & Planning
Own and continuously refine SKU- and customer-level forecasts using both statistical and judgemental methods
Analyse historical sales, identify trends, and translate demand drivers into accurate forecasts
Incorporate key business inputs such as NPI, promotions, pricing, and distribution shifts into the demand plan
Maintain accurate, up-to-date forecasts within planning systems (e.g. SAP, IBP)
Customer & Market Insight
Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and availability across key markets
Use internal and external data (POS, market insights) to identify demand signals
Quantify risks and opportunities and convert them into clear forecast adjustments
Stay ahead of changes in distribution, competitor activity, and channel dynamics
S&OP Ownership
Lead demand inputs into the monthly S&OP cycle with clear assumptions and insights
Align Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain around a single demand plan
Communicate changes, risks, and trade-offs with clarity to support decision-making
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with commercial teams and distributors
Challenge inputs constructively using data and insight
Act as the single source of truth for demand across the region
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Track forecast accuracy and bias, conduct root cause analysis, and act on it
Improve planning processes, tools, and data quality
Contribute to the evolution of demand planning capabilities across the business
This role is for someone who is already operating in demand planning or a similar analytical, commercially connected role and is ready to take full ownership.
You will likely have:
3–5+ years’ experience in demand planning
Experience working with forecasting tools and large datasets
Exposure to S&OP processes and cross-functional planning
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment and managing competing priorities without losing focus on accuracy and outcomes.
You do not just produce numbers, you understand what drives them.
You use data to form a view, and you are willing to stand behind it
You can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
You challenge constructively and influence stakeholders across functions
You understand the commercial impact of forecasting decisions
You stay disciplined in the process, even in a fast-moving environment
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
You build credibility by being consistent, transparent, and accurate, becoming a trusted source of truth across the business
WaterWipes is a fast-growing, PE-backed FMCG business with strong global momentum.
We operate with a high level of ownership and accountability. There is no excess hierarchy; people are trusted to take responsibility and deliver.
This role gives you direct exposure to commercial, financial, and supply chain decision-making. Your work will influence how the business plans, invests, and grows.
You will be part of a business that values clear thinking over complexity, action over process, and accountability over consensus.
