Here they are looking for a few things but basically they want a structure for how you would start, prioritize, categorize etc . Obviously, don't start with the biggest clients if you just started in a position. You might be missing the experience, technical knowledge etc. Maybe you could mention that you would look at the leads that came from marketing and which ones are "in the mood". I suggest you look that one up and have a good answer how to start with a list of customers.
