They put you in a room with other people. They don't ask you nothing at all but how are you doing. They give you a piece of paper to fill out. Then they say they will meet with you one on one if you have 600 bucks. Less

Sorry, just saw this. Like I wrote, you don't have to say anything. I was beyond shocked by the lack of questions, however, after working there, not so much anymore. I was foolish that I ignored that. They were desperate for ppl. Seven employees in seven months left. Short staffed, little to no training, horrible gossip problem, favortism, discrimination, retaliation if you complain wrong doing, verbal threats & harrassment. So much stress and was not worth it.
