They put you in a room with other people. They don't ask you nothing at all but how are you doing. They give you a piece of paper to fill out. Then they say they will meet with you one on one if you have 600 bucks. Less

Sorry, just saw this. Like I wrote, you don't have to say anything. I was beyond shocked by the lack of questions, however, after working there, not so much anymore. I was foolish that I ignored that. They were desperate for ppl. Seven employees in seven months left. Short staffed, little to no training, horrible gossip problem, favortism, discrimination, retaliation if you complain wrong doing, verbal threats & harrassment. So much stress and was not worth it. The interview questions seemed dated and simply danced around what a real sales organization would be after. The questions were like those on a test where the test writing company doesn't care what you learn, they want you to perform poorly and pay to retake the test. That is what the second interview felt like, which is odd because the first interview felt much better. After the first interview, I was more interested in the opportunity than I was before and thinking perhaps I was being somewhat dismissive of the opportunity. Moments into the second interview I considered terminating the interview to get back to my day. The "negative" experience is not because an offer was not received, but the second interview and interviewer(s). I've been on more than one interview before that I enjoyed and felt was a positive/growing/learning experience. This was not. Less

The sales organization at RP are a joke. They set people up to be successful by giving them the accounts that will buy and are growing. Its a rigged. The sales managers are useless for the most part unless you are one of their chosen ones. You are far better off to not have gotten and offer. They would have likely given you bad accounts/territory and then strung you along. Less
