There were ~50 questions and you will be asked to listen. Their JD is of 5 cents but interview questions were of 500 cents and that too for developer level, not for architect level.
Most of the questions are bookish in nature. For example, how many different life-cycles exist in maven and what are those? The answer is 3 - build, site, and clean. The better way of asking the same is: which life-cycle is for what? Or ask different query like - how to create parent-child project module relationship? Query that will test the experience or brain of the interviewee is more welcome, rather than testing if the interviewee is mugged up theories properly and that too for an unplanned interview.
