1st round was online full of technical stuff ,we should have cut of 30 for 100.(toughest round) and no time will be there.2nd round telephonic -techical questions,3rd round -accent round,4th round Managerial round.

first round was online test must be cleared to sit for the secound round and then technical round is ther they will ask server releted issues and problems, then communication round is there n HR round will be thre and then manager discussion

Was very good two to three rounds went good later hr round salary discussion and how long joining is possible immediate joinee preferably salary as per company standards mostly 30 percent hike teams are very good and helpful lot of things can be learned from IBM good environment to work
