Interviews with manager three times and also with HR and other employees in my same range and also with marketing. Long process and intews were somewhat difficult
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM (Bethesda, MD) in Feb 2013

Series of interviews with line management and then collateral managers and executives that the position would be working "around". Extremely professional set of executives that asked solid questions, getting to accomplishments, personality and ability to lead a team of people.
