Applied through IBM’s career site, got an email from hiring manager and scheduled a virtual interview. The interview took about 30 mins. Hiring manager said they are looking for someone with more experience (I’m a new grad with 1 year intern experience)

Asked questions, tech stacks I used for my previous intern. Asked questions about my research experience, I.e. the research project I did and difficulties I tackled.

Interview
2 rounds of technical interviews with a senior engineer. They were very nice to talk with and not intimidating at all. They asked a couple questions about my resume and then proceeded to give two leet code mediums.

In person interview with team lead and engineer at the head office. The interview consisted of eight to ten (8-10) technical questions and a 15min session to solve a problem live.
