The person called up for live interview using phone, and they asked very swift questions. Has no air and straight to the point. Question are professionally conducted and with no hidden agenda

Seeking on my job experience and how was i willing to give value to the company.
Easy and straightfoward. There was only 2-3 rounds of interviews. The call was with three people panel. Mostly asked about experience. Got a call back within a month. Really dependent on team and manager.
They had three interviews: HR, technical and with the director. Technical interview was difficult, I got like around 40 questions in an hour. It started from subnetting essentials and ended up like BGP attributes details.
