I was a part of pool campus drive by ibm. Interview revolved around my resume. You have should be able to explain everything on your resume properly. And have a basic understanding of their job requirement.

Interview
HR was active throughout the process and was keen to find the best candidates. The telephonic round was also great and happened the same day. But the joining took forever. I had to contact them multiple times for the joining letter.

The basic question tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years and in the telephonic round there were more technical questions, most of them were situational issues that could happen to your device. or how would you handle the issue if an incident is raised, etc.

The interview process was time consuming but on point. The waiting period for the interview procedures to begin was time consuming. The interview processes included skill quiz and and interview round.

Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview and Last Technical interview which was conducted to over 300 aspirants
to Speak about a topic like importance of education and women empowerment.
It was a good building with ventilation and also good cafeteria. It is well connected to the society and a great future for the selected candidate.
