Interview
The first interview was pretty informal. I first met with a manager from IBM and then I met with a staff member to ask him any questions I had about IBM and the job. The manager and the other employee were both very nice and the interview was pretty laid back.
Second interview was at the actual office and was again with the manager that I would be working for. It was a little more in-depth but still fairly laid back. Still awaiting word
Interviewed first by a recruiter then there was a Phone interview, then an in person interview followed 2 weeks after that. I received a call within 10 days informing me I got the job.
Brief phone screening, I didn't feel the person understood the position or my qualifications to match the position. I would prefer a one on one interview to explain my experiences.
