      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Oct 2016

      Interview

      1st round technical questions vary from low to high complexity in the same sequence. The candidate has to reach high complexity phase of questions where atleast 80% of the questions should be answered correctly inorder to increase the chances of selecting to next level interview. Good amount of questions aswell on project process/methodologies in technical round. 2nd level is manager interview with 2 to 3 technical requirement questions and process oriented questions in delivery stand point. Its required to give big picture or overview for technical requirement questions, not necessary to be too technical. The offer release process after manager interview took exactly 2 weeks for me.
