Interview
Interview consisted of two 1:1 interviews and a case study. Both interviewers were surprisingly impersonal.
They seem to be looking for relavant experience and skills and want to then see this knowledge and expertise applied via the case study. Asked standard questions about previous work experience, academic background and formal training.

Describe a situation in which you had to apply a creative solution to a problem.
I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
