It's been one week since Electric Picnic, and we're thrilled to announce that a total of €15,200 was raised at the festival for Barnardos Ireland to support society's most vulnerable children and families. At ALDI, we're dedicated to making a meaningful impact for our charity partner, Barnardos Ireland. This year at Electric Picnic, we donated deposits collected from DRS reverse vending machine approved products to the charity from our store located in the middle of the Andy Warhol campsite. As well as this, the much-loved EP-ic charity brunch took place in aid of Barnardos at the Theatre of Food this year, featuring delicious offerings from a range of ALDI’s Irish suppliers. Thanks to these donations, we're helping Barnardos to continue their vital work supporting vulnerable families across Ireland.
