    Cons

Under constant pressure to go faster. Supposed to know it all with only a few weeks training. Not much smiling goes on.

    Advice to Management

Make it more fun?. Although with Aldi I can't imagine that happening. That's just the culture I guess.

I have been working at ALDI full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

money if you work least 30 hours

    Cons

very tiring work, constant movement to rich targets, after work life is 0%you just not capable especially after morning shifts, no proper team work, people changing, and People who are longer with the company is counted as a number, it's no career opportunities, people are hired from outside of company for higher position

    Advice to Management

    for Higher management (area manager's)
They should learn least the basic principles how to communicate with staff, least say Hello or answer simple question when somebody asking and not pretend staff is just air. Rudeness is very common in this positions.

I worked at ALDI (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You make a bit more than minimum wage.

    Cons

Terrible treatment of employees. Managers will constantly tell you to work faster in order to get their productivity bonus. Any work done well is not acknowledged. Breaks can be a hit or miss. You can get a break 2 hrs into your shift and then be expected to work the rest of the 6.75hrs without so much as a drink.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as human beings and you might get better results.
