Following a market-leading increase in base pay implemented earlier this year, we are pleased to announce a further pay increase for our hourly-paid colleagues. From 1st July, store and warehouse colleagues will see their incremental base rates increase by up to 1.2%, representing a six million euro investment on the part of the business this year, including additional pension auto-enrolment contributions. We were delighted to open the doors of our newest ALDI store on Roches Street, Limerick City today, our first store in Limerick city centre! This latest store opening marks a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable groceries to the people of Limerick. Led by Store Manager, Ian Dawson and the incredible local team, this new store is our 164th in Ireland and the fourth in Co. Limerick. Since opening our first Limerick store in 2006, we've invested over €45 million in capital in the county and we currently employ more than 130 people in Limerick - strengthening our ties with the local community and economy.
