Dealing with escalations with customers all the time. Quoting correctly takes practice, and a lot of focus. Stressful at times Overall the job is either relaxed, or stressful, and often not many times between. This varies between every store though, and it’ll all get easier over time/tenure.

A lot of gossip between stores.

Pay changes every month. Commission sucks and only benefits the company, not the front line workers who have to deal with crap everyday.
